The Department of Tourism arranged a wonderful opportunity to see one of the
last unspoilt frontiers not only in the Philippines but in the world at El Nido,
Palawan. It was my second visit there, and once again, the environment was
inspirational. The clarity of the water is superb for snorkeling, and the
scenery literally breathtaking. I cannot rate El Nido too highly as paradise for
those seeking to enjoy an unspoilt environment. I recommend it unhesitatingly to
British visitors, and I am in no doubt that it will be a haven that I will wish
to return to in the future.

Hi,
We would like to thank all the staff of the resort for their very cordial, warm reception to us. Special thanks to Angelo, Cris, Me-an and Grace.
Everything was put in place, in spite of the bad weather, we were able to do the small and big lagoon and it was perfect the rain made it more awesome and fun.
Thanks again.

My family and I had our vacation at Miniloc Island Resort last year. We had the BEST time! We have never experienced anything like this before. The resort, the activities, the food, the surroundings, and especially the hospitality - incredible!
El Nido's staff is extremely warm, special mention to our guest activity guides - Kuya Reggie and Kuya Albert. Both of them are extremely helpful, friendly, fun, and knowledgeable! We would not have as much fun if it weren't for them! Even my 60 year old mother was able to do snorkeling and kayaking (with the great help of Kuya Reggie), imagine that!
So, thank you very, very much for everything! Since it was our first time there, we thought 3-days/2-nights would be enough but because of the countless activities, we'll definitely stay longer next time!
Thank you very much again for the adventure! El Nido Resort is truly paradise! More power!
Warm Regards,
Triccia Ang and Family

There is so much to rave about El Nido. I've been to a few of the best places
in the Philippines and El Nido gave us the most special experience.
El Nido's natural beauty is undoubtedly exceptional, but one thing that also
stood out is the way the staff at El Nido Resorts in Lagen Island treated us
during our stay. All of them (our activity coordinators, tour/resort guides,
banca boys, waiter/waitresses, diving master, rock climbing guides, etc.) worked
hard to make us feel welcome and to cater to our needs, even going above and
beyond what they were only required to do.
We knew and interacted with most of them by their first names and all the
friendly exchange and joking around really made everything that we saw, did, and
"conquered" even more enjoyable and memorable.
I wish to acknowledge in particular Grace (our charming and able activity
coordinator), Johnny (the head waiter), Manny and Weng (our guides during our
island hopping), Marlon (diving assistant), and most specially the tandem of
Brian and Jeff. Their sense of humor is un-believable and my sister and I could
not stop laughing ... I wish them huge 'Pogi Points'. They absolutely deserve
it!!
Thank you, El Nido, for a wonderful experience!
Chie Garcia and Miriam Fuentes

We all had an awesome time! We love the resort and everyone (my sister, her husband and my husband) was congratulating me for choosing the perfect resort to visit. They could have not asked for a better one. We all had a great time as the weather held up very nicely.
If only we could have extended our stay, we would have done it. We did not want to leave as it was so beautiful and clean and no traffic! We will surely be back in a few years. Just have to save money again.
The resort staff were awesome. They took care of us and really made our stay a memorable experience. The Chef even cooked "tuyo" and "tinapa" with fried rice, with special vinegar sauce, for my sister and I. Jun, your F&B manager asked if we wanted real Pinoy breakfast...and the chef delivered. Our husbands were shaking their heads in awe!
Again, thank you so much, we really had a wonderful stay.
Take care!

We Cebuanos take pride in our world-class beaches and dive spots. But El Nido was nothing but paradise! We stayed at Miniloc Island with our good friend from Oregon, Nathan Allred, for three magical days and two dreamy nights during the last weekend of November 2008. From the hangar in Manila to the dock at the resort, we felt pampered every step of the way.
We went home feeling a bit sentimental over having to leave such a beautiful place. More so when we thought of how warm and friendly everyone on your staff was, most especially Sir Fredgie who was so kind to assist us during our island hopping tour. Your resort’s commitment to preserving the environment also impressed us very much.
Thank you for a perfect holiday and for making us more proud to be Filipinos.

Hi!
It's been a while since my husband and I went to Miniloc for 4 days for our honeymoon but the memories of those magical days will remain with us for the rest of our lives. We both think that El Nido is a paradise. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by your staff whose efforts were commendable and a matter of pride for us Filipinos. We hope to come back here on our vacation from the U.S maybe after 2 years and will try Lagen. Keep up the good work.

To all staff of Miniloc Island Resort:
Hello from Japan! My name is Yusuke Fujisawa. I stayed at Miniloc from 10 to 15 August with my wife Kosue. I wanna say "Maraming salamat po" to all staff who were kind to us and made some efforts to make our stay comfortable.
Especially, we want to say thank you to Mr. Mon. He is the kindest to us. For example, when I walk to the pier to get towels, he quickly noticed my wants and get the towels for us. He also offer good music during dinner.
Lastly, we want to say thank you for the good meals, good staff, good experience.
Bye,
Yusuke & Kozue Fujisawa

To the El Nido Staff,
I'd like to extend my sincere thanks to each and everyone at El Nido Resorts. Our vacation started the moment my family and I arrived at the Lima Gate hangar. We truly enjoyed your resorts, especially Lagen (where we stayed), the surrounding islands, services and other activities you provide. Your staff's attention to detail and courteousness is second to none! We also appreciated the eco-friendliness of your resorts and the environmental-thoughtfulness of everybody!
We hope to be able to someday see you again, El Nido!
Once again, thank you!

Before I visited El Nido I didn't even know the place existed. But the summer of 2007 change it all when my younger sister brought us there and wow! I'm now a captive of it's charm. A world class eco-resort in my beloved Philippines!!! Now I spread the word to friends here in the US about El Nido where the staff are friendly, the accommodation first class, and numerous activities to choose from or if you want, just lazing under the tropical sun with a cold drink. I'll be back there I know...and soon.
- Nanette Borst

No face time with tourists, no singing of songs, guiding in fun-making...yet without these guys, El Nido doesn't work. I salute all the El Nido team for the excellence which should be the standard throughout the Philippines.

My Husband Anton and I had the best time there at Lagen! Even though the typhoon came through while we were there, we had a great time. The staff was wonderful and really made the best of our romantic second honeymoon! Next time we come we will definitely bring the kids with us!
The water was so clear and full of life, and all of the reefs were beautiful, even with the bad weather!
The food was great and the entertainment during dinner time was really great as well.
I would recommend to everyone I know to go to El Nido at least once!
Thank you so much to everyone and all of the Staff there for a truly memorable and enjoyable vacation that will always be the best ever!!

My mother and I both stayed there in late May. We both enjoyed ourselves IMMENSELY! The location, the accommodations, the staff – everything and everyone – it was all wonderful. But I do have to single out one employee in particular. Raffy (one of the water activity guides) was the most patient, kind, respectful, friendly (I could go on and on) people we have ever met. He worked so hard and diligently to ensure that my 81-year-old mother had a wonderful time, including introducing her to a mask and snorkel! This is a marvel considering her fear of the water. When she tells people of her trip to the PI she always mentions her stay in Palawan and how great Raffy was.
Thank you.
Aloha,
Frances White
Dear Lagen Staff,
My wife and I visited Lagen Resort for five days in March of this year. The location was magical and the scenery was breathtaking. Even though it was probably the most beautiful place we ever visited, it still doesn't compare the the sincere friendliness and warmth of the staff. From the moment we arrived at the airport, the staff was constantly attending to us. They seemed to always know where we were, and would find us to anticipate our every need. Between the diving and all the activities, we were almost too busy, but it was always well organized and carefree. Being married to a filipina, I love the pleasantly timid hospitality of Filipinos. I would like to give special appreciation to our activity coordinator Grace with the bright sunshine smile, GL my personal divemaster, and Girlie. The truth is all the staff were so nice, they were the ABSOLUTE BEST staff we have ever encountered. We hope we can return some day, and we highly recommend Lagen to all our friends.
Sincerely,
Brett & Jojie Gooselaw

Dear El Nido Resorts & Mr,Gay Lord,
Three weeks have passed since we visited to El Nido. We have traveled Philippine 5 times. But it is the first time to visit to El Nido. El Nido is as beautiful as we expected through the guidebooks. And diving around Miniloc was also very fun. Night diving was our first experience, and much excited. Dive Masters in El Nido guided us kindly. Mr.Gay Lord gave us much amusement. We wish to visit El Nido next year again. Thank you very much .
Best Regards,

Hi!
We are a family of four (2 kids ages 4 and 9) and we went to Miniloc for 4 days and 3 nights this second week of May, 2008. We were unfortunate to encounter bad weather but despite that, we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The place was beautiful and even my 4 year old enjoyed every minute of it. It was an experience!
The hospitality and service was beyond compare. Thanks especially to Fredgie, Bernard, and all the other people whose names I cannot recall, who assisted us in all our water activities. They really make sure that you have everything you need whether rain or shine.
We are definitely considering coming back – hopefully in better weather.
Thank you again for a memorable vacation!

Just came back from a 3 days 2 nights stay at lagen island. The place is really a paradise ! Although the weather did not cooperate for two days, my wife and daughter still had a great time. Thanks to your staff that really needs a commendation. I want to thank Camille who had been very accommodating. She has made our stay very comfortable and the activities very enjoyable. Also worth mentioning was the extra effort provided by Weng and Jessie during the activities. They made us feel very important ! All of the staff were generally very warm and friendly.
Again, kudos to your Camille, Weng, Jessie and the rest of the staff !

Dear Island Staff,
Thank you for all your kindness and generous hospitality given to me while I was
with you. It was my great pleasure to know all of you. l won’t forget you all
forever as well as all the beautiful scenes l saw.
Thanks again for the time and courtesies you showed to me.
l’m longing to meet you again there.
Very truly yours,

Hi Sharon,
I wish to formally express my gratitude for the fun-filled trip we had at El Nido’s Miniloc Island from 07-09 June 2008. I rarely go on leisure travel, but I must say I made the right choice selecting El Nido for a once-in-a-lifetime trip with my entire family.
I would like to commend all your staff at Miniloc, specifically the ones under Tracey’s stewardship. Jaimie Felix did a spectacular job sifting through our expectations, and I know she did well attending to my concerns even if she was required to go to the hospital for her Dad. Ronald did well orienting us on El Nido’s history and its corresponding islands, and kept most of the guests warmly accommodated during the boat transfer from the airport.
Lastly, I would like to extend our sincerest thanks to Jeff, who guided us throughout the duration of our tour. Jeff was well-loved by my six children, as he readily adapted to them. It was also Jeff who managed to give the extra spirit to my Mom, specifically during our cave visit to Cudugnon. My Mom is a colon cancer miracle survivor, and the trip was another blessing that will be well remembered by her. Jeff’s encouraging spirit was enough to inspire my Mom to go through the small cave entrance, more importantly with the exciting snorkeling activities.
There’s much more to be told, especially given all your staff’s dedicated effort to keep visitors at home from start ‘til finish. More than their resolve in protecting the islands’ environment, they have been equally responsive in making sure all company resources are taken cared of. I salute the staff that makes Miniloc worth re-visiting, underscoring the key theme of what excellent customer service is.
Kindest Regards,
Grace Crisostomo-Cerdenia

I wanted to thank you for the incredible dinner you arranged for us last night. It was truly magical and both my wife and I consider this to be truly one of the most memorable experiences of our lives. Thank you so much for your beautiful gift!
We just arrived in Lagen today after 4 beautiful days in Miniloc. El Nido is as close to a paradise as one could imagine it. What you and the committee have done to preserve this place and the high level of hospitality of your staff is commendable.
Warm regards,

Dear Len and all the El Nido staff,
My husband, James, and I had a wonderful, wonderful time! Talagang memorable at
romantic ang 10th wedding anniversary getaway namin! We will be sure to be
back... but this time with our kids! We can't say enough about El Nido Resorts
and it's staff. El Nido itself was beautiful, the food was delicious, the tours
very organized, everyone was friendly and we still felt unrushed and a world
apart from our hectic lives. We were pampered every minute of our vacation.
Hopefully, we'll be well planned next time to get the water cottage we desire!
:)
Please share the pictures with the folks below. They were soooo helpful as were
many others.

March 28, 29 and 30, 2008 had become truly memorable days for me. And this is
thanks to the wonderful crew and staffs of the El Nido Resorts in Palawan. They
have really pampered (in the true sense of the word), taken care of us and
really made it sure that we were up to something really exciting at every minute
of our stay there. I have never really imagined that we can do all these things
(Intro Diving, Snorkeling, Lagoon/Sea Kayaking, Island Hopping (5 different
beautiful islands), Caving, Bottom Fishing, Sunset Viewing, Rock Climbing, Sun
Bathing) in this very brief stay, but I was able to do so. Thanks to the
Activity coordinators and wonderful guides for making me experience all these!
From the always-smiling people in the resort, the emerald color clear water,
spectacular corals and fishes (most of which I have never seen in my entire
life), white sand beaches and the awesome food.. It was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! It
surely is some place deserving to be called "PARADISE".. I would definitely make
it sure to go back there in my future vacations in the Philippines.
To the El Nido Resorts, Kudos for the excellent and superb keeping and
maintaining such a high quality facility and services... You guys certainly
deserve all the awards that have and would be reaping... Congratulations!
Mabuhay kayong lahat and More Power!
A message to all those people, thinking of spending sometime in the Philippines
(whether you are a local or foreign tourist), do make it sure to include this
splendid place in your list. I have had the chance to visit Boracay, Cebu, Bohol
and Davao.. but nothing among these islands can beat the beauty of PALAWAN,
especially El Nido! It is simply BEST place you'd ever be!
Wedding Testimonial and Article from Mr. & Mrs. Tristan Yu
From Mrs. Cristina Leon -Yu
Dear Etienne,
Greetings!
My husband and I recently got married at El Nido Resorts Palawan. The oratory at
Lagen Island was an ideal setting for a small, intimate marriage ceremony we
wanted to have. The wedding venue is very cozy and romantic and the chapel being
surrounded by limestone cliffs gave off a dream-like quality. The food is some
of the best cuisines we had in the world.
Our guests stayed 3 days and each one are all praises on the resort. The
picturesque scenery of El Nido enthralled us to breathe in all we could take.
Needless to say, we were captivated. But what made our stay such a pleasure was
the kind and generous service of the staff that all genuinely warm and friendly.
We would like to express our gratitude and specifically mention the few names of
those who went the extra mile and beyond the call of duty:
Maane Bido, coordinator and my point person. The moment Maane became my point
person I felt less stressed with dealing with the El Nido Resorts Manila office.
She exceeded our expectations and I commend her for a job well done.
Chef Ramon, head chef at Lagen. We thank him for preparing meals for a variety
of cuisine tastes and obliging our personal diets. He definitely surprised us
and gave us
more than we asked for. The food was such a hit. In fact, one of our guests was
so hooked on the mango dessert that he delightfully devoured 5 glasses of it.
F&B team and waiters at Lagen Island for gleefully helping us out in the
reception set-up.
Tracey, the activity coordinator. Tracey would not rest until we had activity
plans for the next day—the whole day. She encouraged us to make the most out of
El Nido squeezing in a few trips here and there to complete our wonderful
experience.
Nante, the best host and guide ever, he gamely answered all our questions and
provided a few interesting personal inputs. Always pleasant and ready to be of
assistance.
I am sure there are several more names we forgot to mention, given that everyone
has just been so wonderful we cannot remember all the names.
We expected that the best asset of El Nido Resorts is its beautiful scenery.
Although the scenery is breathtaking, its the wonderful people of El Nido
Resorts which is its best asset and greatest charm, which
made our wedding and our stay absolutely perfect.
Thank you very much to all of you
Cheers,
Ma. Cristina Leon-Yu

From Mr. Tristan Yu
Chairman Perez,
Thank you very much for all the help for our wedding celebrations.
The wedding went extremely well, due largely to you and the resort staff whose
hospitality far exceeded our expectations. Most of my guests told me that they
it was their favorite wedding and the best resort they've ever visited.
Thank you also for the surprise cocktails you threw for us at the big lagoon.
This is a wonderful wedding gift which me and my guests will never forget. All
my guests were anxious to find out more about you, the host for the evening's
cocktails. All my guests enjoyed their stay so much that they extended their
stay. Most of them will be returning to the resort soon, with their families.
Cristina and I will never forget your kind help during our most special day.
Best regards,
Tristan and Cristina

p>Dearest Josie,
Hope you like this:
My perfect summer vacation
Looking for the “perfect” summer getaway was the most exhausting thing I had to
do. The burden of looking for the right place for my family to spend their
vacation was left on my shoulders. (I’ve failed to find the right one last
year…) I remembered a lady who is very special to me. I gave her a call and she
suggested “El Nido”. “El Nido”, was a name of a resort that I used to come
across with in the travel magazines. I never thought that this was “the” place I
was going to bring my family for a vacation. I was fortunate to have been taken
cared of from the time I made my reservation, up to the time I was getting ready
to board the airplane, and even up to the time I arrived in the island. Indeed,
all my anxieties left me as soon as I boarded the plane, having only one thing
in my mind: “I was getting close to my island getaway”…As the pilot advised us
we were going to land, the excitement I felt was being felt too by my children.
Upon landing, we were asked to wait for a jeep that brought us to our motorized
bangka. We then proceeded to our destination: El Nido, Lagen resort. There were
no words to describe how Blue the water was and how many attractive sea
creatures were sailing along with us. The islands with their own rock formations
were spectacular. We passed several beaches, each with their own pearly white
sea shores. The clear and sunny skies matched our excitement upon reaching our
“home away from home” resort. We had a warm welcome and then proceeded to get
acquainted to our rooms. The rooms were designed to make one feel so rested and
at the same time not miss the comforts of home. After sorting out our belongings
we then proceeded for lunch.. The food served here in the resort was sumptuous!
There were all sorts of food, from the grilled, seafood selection to the five
star selection one gets in an exclusive hotel. Wow! Really good!!!!! The resort
provides several activities. From island hopping, scuba diving, private island
lunches, trekking, bird, monkey watching. You name it, they’ve got it. The most
favorite activity I could speak very highly of, were our private lunches. We
were pampered with staff who took note of our every whim(need). I truly enjoyed
that! My family was able to soak in the sun in the beaches we visited. The
pearly white sand in the beaches were conducive to building sand castles for my
two year old grandson. He too, together with my children enjoyed all that El
Nido had to offer us. Watching the sunsets gave us a feeling of being at peace
with the rest of the world. The days and nights we spent at El Nido were
soothing, relaxing, and very memorable. These were the special ingredients that
made our summer vacation…perfect!
It was, truly, the perfect summer getaway….

Holiday Testimonial from Johnson See
To: El Nido Resorts
It was indeed a pleasure staying at your fine resort. I’ve been to different resorts, however, your resort has exceeded our expectations. Some people may balk at 300 US$/person/night, but surely, no one will be asking for refunds when they get on the boat transfer to the airport after their stay.
Staff are exceptionally friendly and courteous and will really go out of their way to satisfy every need you may have whether it be: life guard, activity planner, guide, and in some cases even yaya or nanny.
Congratulations on running a truly wonderful resort!!
From
Johnson See

We are a french family, owner of a hotel in South of France. Last summer, a guest told me that the most beautiful place he went in the world was El Nido Resorts, Palawan, Philippines. Because of those words, we decided to spend our winter holidays there. We booked a small trip around with, in the middle, some days in Miniloc Resort. And, that's true: it's the most beautiful place we found, too. And we travel a lot! It's a magic atmosphere, because of the location in the middle of Bacuit Bay, but also because of the perfect service of the staff. There is all the time something to do and the days are not long enough for all the program... It's was too short, but we promise to come back. Even if it's so far away from home!! Thank you very very much.
Hélène Bogliorio
To whom it may concern:
I am writing this letter to thank you for the wonderful stay we had at Lagen.
From the start, your staff made us feel like family. We stayed there I think in the 2nd or 3rd week of July (2007) for 5 days. My husband and I have 4 kids, all in medical school, all at the same time. They’ve been all working so hard that we thought they needed a break, plus that haven’t been back to the Philippines for about 23 years. They were not interested in going back. They were not impressed with Manila and could care less if they go back or not. So we dragged them willy-nilly to Manila, then El Nido (we invited some family and relatives to come along also). The kids had a ball (I shouldn’t say kids as they’re in their late 20’s and early 30’s). Anyway, now they want to come back again and bring their friends and colleagues along. Our main home is Boston, but we also live in Los Angeles, New York, and Florida. And every time we go to one of those places, we tell all our friends about your lovely place and even lovelier staff. My one and only complaint was maybe you should have more land activity as my cousin and I were often left landlocked while others were scuba diving or snorkeling or trekking through the forest.
Kudos to:
Bernadette and Phoebe, our coordinators. Very up to the minute on everything that we wanted to do.
Tolits and Dodong at the bar. They serve drinks and smiles. Plus Dodong entertained us with beautiful songs.
Don (Should I say the head honcho or one of the head honchos at Lagen) for making our arrival at the place as smooth as possible.
Bong, Johnny, Joel (Miniloc) for making our dining experience pleasurable. They were always there to help and suggest.
Malyn, Rey (Miniloc), Irene, and Rejane (Lagen) people at your boutique who very patiently waited on my cousin and me while we chose and chose and chose items to bring back to friends.
Angie and her friends who put my husband, kids, and cousin to sleep for their wonderful massage.
Nonoy for helping my daughter, her boyfriend, and my son master the intricacies of scuba diving.
While Nonie and Chito helped us master the howto and wherefores of hatmaking, not to mention guiding the men in forest trekking.
Opeg, the speedboat driver who is courteous and nice.
And last but by no means the least, Voks. He is the nicest guy ever. Very efficient, always smiling, always cheerful. Whatever you suggest or ask, it was always done and with good cheer. He’s also very patient with everything and everyone. And he’s very informative about the flora and fauna of the island. Especially the fishes.
As you can tell, I’m very enthused with your resort. My husband owns a hedge fund company here in Boston and he’s been telling everybody about Lagen. Keep up the good work. We miss Lagen already.

Hi,
Here is the photo of my dad I promised you...
"This photo was taken in El Nido, Palawan, on my birthday last April 19 (2006). I caught a pilot fish. I took up fishing as a hobby when we were still living in the United States, when my kids Alyanna, Alfonso, and Alissa were still small. It's a relaxing pastime that also allows me to bond one-on-one with my kids while waiting for a catch. More than the motions, it's this bonding time that I truly treasure and enjoy."
From,
Alyanna Martinez

We've been practically every where in Asia for a vacation, then our travel agent suggested to visit what we have here in the Philippines. Little did we know that the best place to go for a vacation is right here in our own backyard. Palawan, El Nido to be exact is where we landed. We never thought that a paradise could exist here in the Philippines. The boat ride from El Nido airport to the resort was breath taking, with the scenery of limestone islands to greet us on the way to Lagen resort.
The staff of El Nido were very friendly and our coordinator, Grace, never left a vacancy in our everyday activities. She always had our days filled with fun activities from snorkeling, scuba diving, wind surfing, Hobiecat sailing, bottom fishing, rock climbing, to just lying on the beach of some secluded island. But our everyday activities would not been fun without our tour guide Jeff Angeles also known as Jeff "Kayak". Jeff was not only a tour guide but acted as a teacher and a big brother to our kids. He really spent the time introducing us to many of the true wonders of marine life at El Nido. The only mistake we made is to stay in El Nido for three days and so we extended an extra day, but still not enough.
Three months later we found ourselves going back to El Nido and stayed longer. And this time our activities were even more adventurous. With Jeff "Kayak" at the helm, our 2nd time around at El Nido were even better. We appreciate the constant attention and help of our tour guide. He was very attentive in making sure that everyone is safe and having fun at the same time. Excellent Job!....Not to mention our private dinner at the sandbar with our waiter, Joven, who's done a fantastic job as well.
Thank you El Nido staff for making our vacations a time never to be forgotten. I can only sum up El Nido with one word......"Paradise".
The Baldovino Family,
Segundo, Maria, Arielle, Madeline and Jamine.
Greetings from Los Angeles!!!
First of all, I would love to compliment El Nido resorts. It is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited and it's a trip I will remember for lifetime!!! I'm sure you get infinite comments like this all the time, but I wanted to make sure I added on to it. Thank you to ALL your staff at the islands, my family and I had a terrific time!
But the main reason for this email is to inquire how to contact one of your staff members. (They were all outstanding, by the way.) I do want to single out our guide, Godfrey (also known better as Gading). He made our trip so memorable - he REALLY knew his stuff!!! He was very knowledgeable, he was very friendly, he went out of his way to make sure we were tended well to, and my family and I just fell in love with him!!! We wanted to send him a card to thank him for a job well done.
We stayed at the Miniloc island from Sept 30-Oct 3, 2007. Please let us know how we can go on about doing this - we would love to just make sure he knows how much we appreciate him.
We are looking forward to coming back - hopefully sooner than later!
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

As a guest at the El Nido, Lagen Island Resort, I feel it is important to give my personal opinion and feedback.
These past six days have been the most amazing and unforgettable adventure of my life. As a single traveler, I have seen and been to a lot of places, but no place made me feel as welcome as Lagen Island Resort. The wonderful activities are such eye-opener. These are experiences that allow you to challenge yourself. The activity coordinators carefully plan all customers schedule. The most impressive memories are the staffs and well preserved environment in the resort. As a business student, I understand how important it is to delight your customers. Lagen Island Resort has simply done that. Everyone are so heartwarming and sincere. Their dedication is well recognized by their customers. Also, as an environmental activist, I have never stayed at a hotel that clearly display the ways to keep the environment preserved. To me, this shows how the hotel understands preserving the environment is the key to bring endless future customers.
Lagen Resort has brought me so much joy that I feel it is important for the management team to understand fully what customers feel. Without a doubt, I will revisit in the near future.
Yours truly,
Rebecca Huang

Dear Sir or Madam,
My husband and I have just recently stayed at your Lagen Island Resort and I just felt I had to write to tell you what an incredible time we both had.
Besides the sheer beauty of the islands and the great activities involved I would like to say that the staff (and the propeller plane) made the whole experience complete. Everyone was extremely friendly and really made you feel welcome. Also their knowledge of the islands was excellent and I learnt a great deal too.
So I just wanted to write to say that we will be back and miss El Nidio already.
Many thanks
Andrea Taylor
